Man! i felt so mint this morning when i woke up! I felt a million bucks! Up @ 5:45am getting ready for work. At the job site by i guess…. 8:02am. Worked the whole day! watching an Auger spin in circles. I don’t know about you, but when i work, i like to work HARD and not slack off… but i just stood around for i guess… 8 HOURS! When i got home i got ready for P90X’s “Shoulders & Arms.” Once i got into it, i realized my arms (or maybe it my chest? its the connection between chest and shoulder) were so tense! i couldn’t go Huggers as my arms hurt to bad! ahaha! I still try’d tho!!!
It kinda hard to do 2 straight days of weight lifting. But i pusehd through it! Alas, i could not do the bonus round! Its not that i didn’t have the energy, its that my hand’s/forearms could not clinch a fist, so i didn’t wanna risk it so i just stopped. But hey! when you can’t clinch a fist you KNOW you worked hard! AMIRITE?! Ya im right.

- two arm tricep kickback - 15 (20lbs) - heavier?

- congdon curls - 0 - didnt trust my grip, forearms needed a break, i had no firm grip
